About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend systems that support high-volume financial transactions. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for payment systems.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Integrate backend services with databases, third-party systems, and internal platforms.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive transaction data.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for production issues.

• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and system stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in backend development (experience in financial systems is a plus).

• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, or similar).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Strong understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL).

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced and 24/7 operational environment.
