Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and support.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve call center processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, financial literacy, and familiarity with digital marketing.
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong technical aptitude.
- Working Conditions:Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a call center environment.
