MARKETING SUPERVISOR | COSMETIC MANUFACTURING

About the role

This is a Marketing Supervisor position in a cosmetic contract manufacturing facility. You will oversee marketing and digital marketing team activities to achieve sales targets, develop new customers (particularly cosmetic brand owners), and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. You will conduct market research to identify cosmetic trends, market needs, competitor developments, and new business opportunities, while coordinating with R&D, PPIC, Production, QA, Regulatory, and Finance departments on customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate Marketing team activities to achieve sales targets

• Search for and develop new customers, particularly cosmetic brand owners

• Maintain relationships and conduct follow-up with existing and potential customers

• Oversee and coordinate Digital Marketing activities to support marketing and sales targets

• Monitor and oversee digital marketing strategy and activities including social media, content, campaigns, leads, and digital advertising

• Monitor targets, leads, and KPI achievement for Marketing and Digital Marketing teams

• Coordinate with R&D, PPIC, Production, QA, Regulatory, and Finance regarding customer requirements

• Conduct regular market research to identify cosmetic trends, market needs, competitor developments, and new business development opportunities

• Assist in developing marketing programs to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and company positioning in the cosmetic contract manufacturing industry

• Provide direction and evaluation to Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to improve target achievement

Qualification

• Minimum S1 degree in Marketing, Management, or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience as Marketing Supervisor in cosmetic contract manufacturing facility

• Experience in B2B Marketing/Sales and network with brand owners (valued)

• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills

• Accustomed to working with targets and KPIs

• Understanding of cosmetic contract manufacturing processes, from product introduction, customer needs consultation, product development, to production processes

• Understanding of cosmetic, skincare, and personal care product trends and BPOM regulations related to the cosmetic industry

• Able to conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, customer needs assessment, and identify new business opportunities

• Able to build and maintain good relationships with brand owners, prospective customers, and existing customers

• Able to work individually and in teams

• English language proficiency, both verbal and written (valued)
