Bring ANTA's brand story to life, one store at a time.
ANTA Sports is looking for a Visual Merchandising Executive to be the bridge between our brand vision and how it shows up on the ground with wholesale partners.
What You'll Do
Guideline Development & Communication: Create and adapt visual merchandising guidelines for wholesale partners, translating brand standards and seasonal directives into clear, actionable direction.
Partner Training & Coaching: Run regular workshops and hands-on training to elevate wholesale partner teams' execution capabilities and visual standards.
In-Store Audits: Conduct regular store visits to assess visual implementation, identify gaps, and provide corrective, constructive guidance.
Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners on store layouts, window displays, and promotional campaigns — balancing brand consistency with local retail conditions.
Promotional Execution: Coordinate the rollout of promotional displays, new launches, and seasonal updates across wholesale locations.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Track market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences; bring fresh display concepts that improve brand visibility and sell-through.
Performance Tracking: Measure the impact of visual merchandising initiatives using sales data and partner feedback, and refine strategies accordingly.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally with exposure to wholesale or multi-brand retail environments.
Clear, logical communicator — able to explain guidelines and influence partner behavior with sound reasoning, not just instructions.
A track record you can speak to: be ready to share concrete examples of visual merchandising initiatives you've led and their results.
Strong visual and spatial design sense, with an eye for detail.
Ability to balance brand consistency with local market realities and partner capabilities.
Solid project management skills — comfortable managing multiple partner accounts at once.
Willingness to travel frequently to partner locations.
