About the role
Design and improve operational systems to ensure smooth transition from planning to project execution. Oversee daily operational processes during project implementation and analyse branch operational system development for faster and more efficient outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Design, improve, and enhance operational systems to ensure smooth transition from planning to project execution
Oversee the running of daily operational processes during project implementation
Conduct analysis related to faster and more efficient branch operational system development
Create circulars or memos regarding new operational policies in the company
Monitor PDCA from each department
About you
Minimum S1 degree in industrial management or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in operational development
Able to collect, process, and analyse data for operational workflow efficiency
Possess project management skills and tools to support project execution according to objectives
