Official International Host & Moderator — Aspiring Bali Events

Aspiring Bali Events are business networking and community events organized by PT Aspire Consulting Services for entrepreneurs, founders, investors, professionals, and business communities in Bali.

For the right candidate, Aspire Consulting Services may act as sponsor for an Indonesian C10 Visa Kunjungan Narasumber Kegiatan Bisnis, subject to eligibility, documentation, immigration approval, and applicable Indonesian regulations.

The C10 Visa generally allows an initial stay of up to 60 days and may be extendable up to a maximum stay of 180 days, subject to the applicable immigration process and approval.

The role is limited to approved event-facing activities, which may include:

1.⁠ ⁠approved pre-event briefing and preparation;

2.⁠ ⁠host/moderator script preparation;

3.⁠ ⁠event opening and closing;

4.⁠ ⁠audience engagement;

5.⁠ ⁠panel or discussion moderation;

6.⁠ ⁠Q&A facilitation;

7.⁠ ⁠networking facilitation during the event;

8.⁠ ⁠post-event debrief;

9.⁠ ⁠approved event recap activities.

The selected candidate will be expected to support short weekly business events that are free to join, subject to the approved event schedule and compliance requirements. This will be Weekly Business Events of 3 hours a week.

Financial compensation may be provided only for approved paid events, subject to collection, event budget, tax treatment, documentation, and Aspire’s internal approval 15% of the Event Gross Profit shall be paid before tax.

This is not a general employment role, sales role, client advisory role, legal advisory role, tax advisory role, immigration advisory role, corporate services role, event production role, or general operational staff role.

The Official International Host & Moderator must not make commitments relating to pricing, discounts, refunds, legal outcomes, immigration outcomes, tax conclusions, licensing results, corporate service outcomes, timelines, client contracts, vendor appointments, or payment obligations without written approval from Aspire Consulting Services.

Foreign nationals currently in Bali or planning to be in Bali may apply, subject to visa eligibility and compliance review.
