About the role
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for all digital and e-commerce positions.
Key responsibilities
Conduct proactive talent sourcing, screening, candidate profiling, and comprehensive background checks
Build and maintain a steady weekly pipeline of top-tier candidates to support ongoing business growth
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements
Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize candidate experience and hiring efficiency
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment from Headhunter/Agency, Startup, E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing Platform
Strong expertise in pro-hiring for E-Commerce and Digital roles
Proactive Sourcing, Candidate Profiling, Background Checking, Pipeline Management
English & Indonesian Fluency
Able to consistently deliver a steady, weekly pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet fast-paced business demands
