REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Systems, or Automation Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in PLC programming or Industrial Automation will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Automation System Components is highly preferred (e.g., PLC, HMI, Servo, Arduino, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other Industrial Automation Systems).
Hands-on experience handling projects involving Arduino, PLC, HMI, IoT, or other Automation Projects is a strong plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn and highly adaptive to field/project requirements.
Willing to provide operational support and travel to site/project locations where required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs based on project requirements and operational needs.
Design, configure, and integrate HMI systems with machine control and automation systems.
Perform commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automated machinery and control systems.
Integrate PLCs with peripheral devices such as VFDs, Servo Motors, Sensors, Actuators, and Industrial Communication Networks.
Provide technical support to ensure smooth machine operation and minimize production downtime.
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, including program backups and system records.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to develop and improve automation systems and processes.
