Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related major.
Min. 5 years of working experience as Maintenance Engineer.
Proficient in circuit principle and PLC.
Having experience in the installation of new machines (SAT, IOQ, PQ, Validation Run, MP).
Having experience in creating DFM, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF documents.
Familiar with electrical equipment.
Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).
Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.
Job Description:
Responsible for new equipment evaluation and development.
Responsible for scheduling preventive maintenance for machines.
Responsible for the transformation and optimization of the equipment to ensure the smooth production.
Responsible for equipment acceptance, ensure the equipment meets the production requirements.
Production equipment commissioning, selection, repair, maintenance and other equipment management tools.
Improve jig, tools, fixtures, optimize and improve production efficiency.
