Relationship Manager Commercial Banking - Jakarta - WFO (ID : 695677)

We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking (Lending) to manage and grow the Commercial customer portfolio by delivering appropriate lending solutions while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Commercial segment customers by providing suitable financial and lending solutions to support business growth and achieve targets, in compliance with applicable policies and processes.

• Responsible for achieving individual targets, both in terms of product penetration and customer segmentation.

• Execute cross-selling initiatives and maintain high-quality service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop, maintain, and expand strong networks and long-term relationships with Commercial customers to support target achievement.

• Acquire new customers and target clients within the Commercial segment through approved acquisition programs and business development activities.

• Manage Commercial Banking loan portfolios.
  
  
  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum experience in Commercial Banking / Corporate Banking / Lending / Relationship Management.

  • Strong understanding of lending products, credit analysis, and risk assessment.

  • Proven experience handling Commercial customers with medium to large loan exposures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong target orientation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
