About the role
As a Sales Executive at PT Sinar Baru Logistik, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success within the Transportation & Logistics industry. This full-time position is based in Jakarta Raya, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar, and Pontianak, offering you the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
What you'll be doing
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the Transportation and Logistics sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor landscape to identify new business prospects

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the Transportation & Logistics industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
Ability to think strategically and come up with creative solutions to meet client needs
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficient in using sales and customer inhouse application
Proactive, organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team
