What you will do :
Plan and prepare maintenance jobs, including manpower, materials, tools, and work scope.
Manage spare parts & inventory and coordinate maintenance schedules with related departments.
Manage maintenance activities and records through CMMS.
Monitor and control engineering/maintenance projects, including schedule, progress, resources, and reporting.
Analyze maintenance data and support continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, RCA-CA, and SMED.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP and company standards.
We are looking for you, who :
Minimum S1 Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, Engineering, or Project Management.
Experience in food manufacturing industry is a plus.
Understanding of TPM, GMP, RCA-CA, and SMED.
Familiar with CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially data review, analysis, and reporting.
Strong planning, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
