QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law, Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Civil, Mechanical), or a related discipline
Advanced / Fluent English (both spoken and written) for international correspondence, audit facilitation, and technical reporting
Basic understanding or certification in ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 strongly preferred)
Proven capability in high-volume document management and administrative
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Document Management Systems (DMS) / ERP document modules
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, formulate, and compile all mandatory documents, manuals, and records required under ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Ensure all newly created procedures align with current operational requirements, legal compliance, and technical standards
Register, record, and maintain the Master Document Register for all SOPs, Work Instructions, and operational forms
Administer the controlled distribution of approved SOPs and documents to relevant personnel and operational units
Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to department heads and team members during internal and external ISO audits
Regularly review existing SOPs, control documents, and forms to ensure accuracy and continuous process improvement
Process document revisions, update version logs, and maintain systematic control over all modified documents
