Job Description

  1. Membuat pengadaaan kebutuhan operasional (purchase order) dan mengelola proses ekspor/impor bahan baku/produk makanan dari awal hingga barang diterima

  2. Menyiapkan dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen ekspor - impor seperti PIB, NIB, invoice, packing list, bill of lading dan dokumen pendukung lainnya

  3. Memastikan barang yang di impor sesuai regulasi BPOM, Halal, dll

  4. Memonitoring shipment, serta memastikan kelancaran proses customs clearance

  5. Berperan sebagai translator bahasa Mandarin dalam berkomunikasi dengan supplier maupun pihak terkait lainnya

Job Spesification

  1. Minimal pendidikan D3/S1 (jurusan Manajemen, Bisnis, Teknik Industri, atau terkait)

  2. Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman purchasing (exim) terutama industri manufaktur makanan

  3. Mampu berbahasa Mandarin (Lisan & Tulisan)

  4. Memahami sistem SAP dan dasar regulasi ekspor/impor

  5. Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, analitis, dan komunikasi yang kuat.
