Education and Experience
Degree: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, desktop assistance, or system administration.
Technical Skills
Hardware & Software: Installing, configuring, and fixing PCs, printers, cctv, access point and mobile devices.
Operating Systems: Deep knowledge of Windows, and Linux environments.
Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, Manageble switch, Fiber Optic, Wireless Connection and firewalls.
Administration Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.
Security: Basics of data backup, antivirus tools, and user access control.
