Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Job Description :

1. Design and develop accounting systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the company's financial operations.

2. Plan, organize, and execute budget management and operations, as well as evaluate the financial feasibility of company projects.

3. Lead and manage fund estimation required to support the achievement of the organization's short-term and long-term financial objectives.

4. Manage financial reports, lead the month-end closing process, and prepare monthly financial forecasts on a regular basis.

5. Oversee and plan the company's tax operations in compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

7. Oversee the planning and implementation of business development initiatives.

Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

2. Minimum 5 until 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.

3. Broad knowledge and experience in financial reporting, closing, forecasting, accounting, and taxation.

4. Strong understanding of Indonesia's tax laws and regulations.

5. Demonstrated track record of leading improvements or projects in the finance domain.

6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with strong drive, courage, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English both written and spoken.
