Responsibilities:
Explore new business
Acquire new clients that are aligned with company’s objectives through sales & marketing activities including leads generation, prospecting activities by way of cold calls, canvassing and networking.
Generate project opportunities from new and existing clients by matching the company’s products/services and potential capabilities with the client’s needs and requirements. Prepare business cases, proposals and follow up negotiations with the relevant clients’ PIC.
Develop and implement new projects from both new and existing clients to meet the requisite clients needs, prepare necessary paperwork, such as business requirement forms and memorandum of understanding, and manage the coordination with the relevant internal departments.
Coordinate with the relevant clients’ PIC to nurture revenue from existing and new projects by way of socialization efforts, promotion, events and other creative means.
Gather market, competition and industry information as well as conduct market research analysis for the purposes of management insight.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales, preferably at the Manager or Senior Manager level.
Strong expertise in market research, B2B Sales strategic plan, identifying new business opportunities, client acquisition, and account management.
Strong understanding of our business and proven experience in a similar industry.
Professional proficiency in both English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
