ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support our production and sales teams in keeping projects on track, from client quotations to delivery. You will assist with sourcing, inventory tracking, and ERP system management, while maintaining BOMs, product data, and CRM records with accuracy and attention to detail. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, fast-learning graduate looking for real exposure to operations, sales, and decision-making within a multinational lighting company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support production and sales teams to keep projects on track.

• Assist in preparing client quotations and project documents.

• Support sourcing, inventory tracking, and ERP system management.

• Maintain BOMs, product data, and CRM records.

• Support workflow improvements and basic quality documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's students or fresh graduates in any Engineering discipline, Architecture, or a related field.

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.

• Comfortable communicating in English.

• Fast learner with a can-do, team-first mindset.
