Job Description:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area.
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Operate coffee machines and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Monitor inventory and assist in restocking supplies when needed.
Support the team in maintaining overall café cleanliness and service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (fresh graduates with training experience are welcome).
Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible to work on weekends or public holidays as scheduled.
