Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical in reputable University.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Consultant / High Rise Building or Mall/ Shopping Center are preferable.
Having good knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil.
Excellent knowledge of tools and equipment.
Hard Worker and good responsibilities.
Have a good ability to lead, committed, organized, analytical, and dynamic team player
Skilful or high capability in managing database, spreadsheet, application, software, reporting system, dashboard.
Detail oriented person.
Eager to learn new things.
Skills :
Good understanding of MEP & Civil on building areas.
Generator set, Escalator, LVMDP, AC knowledge.
Able to write reports, check list details :
Responsibilities :
Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance.
Preparing of presentation slides for projects updates and maintaining of proper work progress record.
Maintain & control site records to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists asset management in resolving work problems.
Conduct an audit of the implementation of the 5 R's to ensure that these activities are carried out at work site or in the company environment.
Send the weekly report, audit result or visit result to General Manager.
