Radiation Therapist (Teknisi Radioterapi)

Position Summary

Icon Cancer Centre at BIH is seeking a dedicated Radiation Therapist to join our multidisciplinary oncology team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment as prescribed by our Radiation Oncologists, working under the supervision of the Radiation Therapist Manager & Head of Department. You will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centred service delivery, while contributing to the ongoing development of our clinical team, students, and graduates.

Job Description

As a Radiation Therapist, you will:

• Deliver high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment services as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist and under the supervision of the Manager & Doctors.

• Maintain the highest standards of patient care, treating all patients and carers with respect, dignity, and confidentiality.

• Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.

• Maintain knowledge & skills with emerging technology, techniques, and best-practice standards.

• Work in accordance with workflow management strategies to optimise quality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed professionally and on time.

• Comply with all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies, and identify, report, and help resolve hazards and incidents promptly.

• Work positively as a member of the multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively and participating in departmental meetings.

• Perform mould technician tasks, including fabricating immobilisation devices, masks, bolus, and patient positioning aids to support accurate and reproducible treatment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification of D4 Radioterapi (Diploma 4 in Radiotherapy) or higher.

• Valid registration / licence (STR) to practise as a Radiation Therapist (as applicable).

• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.

• Willing to relocate to Bali, or already living in Bali.

• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional, patient-centred care.

• Good understanding of the service delivery model within the healthcare sector.

• Ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
