Job Description :
Develop and implement Organization Development (OD) initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Conduct organization analysis, job analysis, and organizational structure review.
Develop and evaluate job descriptions, competency frameworks, and organization design.
Support talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Analyze HR/organizational data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure OD programs are effectively implemented.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
Min. 4 years of experience in Organization Development / HR.
Experienced in organization design, job analysis, competency, and talent management.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Profound knowledge of Excel functions, including advanced data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and other Excel tools.
Certifications in Organizational Development, HR, or related fields.
