Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at AVB Media Asia (PT Indovision Prima Film) in Seminyak, Bali. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and driving our sales and marketing strategies to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans to promote our products and services

• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building

• Overseeing the sales team, providing coaching, mentoring and motivation to ensure high performance

• Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales and marketing strategies

• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience and brand alignment

• Monitoring and reporting on key sales and marketing metrics to measure the success of our initiatives

• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relatde field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing management position.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.

• Good analytical skill and the ability to make data-driven decisions

• In-depth understanding of sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in managing budgets and ensuring positive ROI.

• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work a fast-paced changing environment.

• Experience in the production industry or related fields is highly desirable.
