Job Description:
Coordinate daily critical area (ER/ICU/HCCU/PICU/NICU/OT/Cathlab activities and schedules
Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals
Maintain patient records with utmost confidentiality and accuracy
Assist in the development and implementation of ward policies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Handle patient complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing major
Preferably have certification in ACLS/ BTCLS/ ICU
Proven at least 2 years of experience as critical area nurse coordinator
Excellent in details, hospitality skills, including the ability to listen and serve people
Placement: West Jakarta
