We are looking for a driven and ambitious GTM, Czech Republic, to join our team! If you’re ready to hunt, close, and grow B2B accounts across Europe, selling Saas — this role is for you!

What you'll do:

• Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demoing, negotiating, closing
• Identify and target key accounts (mid-size B2B companies)
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine the value proposition and messaging
• Hit and exceed ambitious revenue targets
• Represent Spendbase at industry events and conferences
• Expand Spendbase in the Czech Republic!

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Cloud sales (IT/start-up background)
• Based in the Czech Republic and fluent in the Czech language
• Proven track record of closing mid-market deals
• Proven track record of working with clients directly
• Self-starter with an ownership mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment (entrepreneurship mindset)
• Possesses an already established (preferably broad) network in their location
