Job Title: Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)
Location: Site Halmahera Timur, Maluku Utara

We are seeking a robust and highly technical Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) to serve as the technical leader at our mine site. You will hold responsibility for aspects of mining technology, safety (HSE), and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical & Operational Leadership: Act as the person-in-charge on-site to manage and resolve technical challenges in mining operations, ensuring production targets and HSE standards are met.
2. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all mine operational activities comply with applicable Indonesian laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Strategic Document Preparation: Be fully involved from the beginning in the preparation, submission, and approval of the RKAB (Work Plan and Budget) and FS (Feasibility Study).
4. Government Relations & Reporting: Proactively liaise with relevant government authorities. Able to independently compile and finalize mandatory government reports (Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports).

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology.
2. Mandatory Certification: Must possess a valid POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) certificate.
3. Production & Technical Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct experience in mine production/operations. Candidates must have hands-on experience in handling technical aspects of mining, not merely administrative roles.
4. Mine Owner Experience: Proven track record working directly for a Mining Concession Holder / IUP Company (Mine Owner), not solely for Mining Contractors.
5. Specific Skills: Deeply understand mining regulations, Safety and Environmental standards, and possess excellent diplomatic skills with government institutions.
6. Work Roster: Willing to be permanently placed at the mine site based on the roster working schedule.
