Swag Manager??????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Responsibilities | ???? - Promotional Merchandise Planning and Management – Support seasonal merchandise planning and execution from ideation through production and delivery. ?????????—?????????????????????????????????????? - Design and Branding – Partner closely with the Creative team to develop merchandise designs that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. ???????—???????????????????????????? - Procurement Support – Coordinate with internal administrative and procurement teams on vendor sourcing, sample review, contract management, and budget tracking. ????—??????????????????????????????????? - Production Management – Oversee merchandise production to ensure quality standards, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. ????—???????????????????????????? - Order Fulfillment – Maintain an organized merchandise request and approval tracker, while planning and optimizing logistics and fulfillment processes. ????—????????????????????????????????? - Inventory and Budget Control – Monitor inventory levels, arrange replenishment based on marketing needs, and manage budgets effectively. ???????—??????????????????????????????? Requirements | ???? - Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. ????????????????? - Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors. ???????????????????????????????? - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver in a fast-paced environment. ?????????????????????????????????? - Comfortable working flexible hours and collaborating with global remote teams. ???????????????????? - Proficient in using AI tools for data processing, AI-generated renderings, and workflow enhancement. ????
