Responsibilities:

• Manage logistics operations within an assigned region, ensuring efficient execution.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and service quality.
• Act as a key liaison between the end customer and the commercial team.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service.
• Continuously optimize recovery and delivery processes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on logistics execution metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
• Proactive approach with a desire to grow and take on new responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Fluency in English.
