Responsibilities
• Manage the operations of over 10,000 electric vehicles and driver rental cycles.
• Maximize fleet uptime while minimizing downtime.
• Lead maintenance, repair, and workshop coordination processes.
• Manage vehicle repossession processes.
• Coordinate with OEMs, dealers, workshops, insurance providers, spare parts suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Oversee operational KPIs, cost-per-vehicle, and fleet utilization.
Qualifications
• Experienced in managing large-scale EV or motorcycle fleets.
• Experienced in the ride-hailing, delivery, or last-mile logistics industries.
• Accustomed to managing vendors, OEMs, repair shops, and operational partners.
• Hands-on, strong in execution, and capable of working independently.
• Ready to make an impact from day one.
• Experience in supply chain or spare parts planning.
• Familiarity with telematics or fleet management systems.
• Experience scaling fleet operations.
