THE ROLE
Kamu bakal own everything production-related, end to end, mulai dari planning, shooting, editing, quality control, sampai publishing di semua platform. Kamu yang lead tim production, set standar kreatifnya, dan you're directly accountable buat output yang bikin Geromball terus growing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own end-to-end production di YouTube, TikTok, dan Instagram, dari planning sampai publishing.
• Lead & coach tim production and editing di kerjaan sehari-hari mereka.
• Build content calendar yang aligned sama jadwal pertandingan bola.
• Set quality standard buat filming, editing, dan storytelling di semua format.
• Coordinate sama tim BD/sponsorship biar branded content-nya on brief.
• Manage budget, equipment, dan vendor atau freelancer dari luar.
• Turn data performance jadi perubahan konkret di format dan output konten.
REQUIREMENTS & CRITERIA
• Punya track record produksi video buat social platform; kalau pernah handle sport, bola, atau entertainment media, that's a big plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading atau managing tim production/editing.
• Paham banget mechanics platform, dari short-form sampai long-form (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Hands-on shooting dan editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Storytelling instinct yang tajam dan creative judgment khusus buat konten bola.
• Bisa tetap gercep kerja under tight turnaround pas lagi musim pertandingan.
• Comfortable baca analytics dan pakai data buat guide keputusan.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; working English jadi nilai plus.
