Report to: Head of GA & Procurement
About the Role
As a Unit Head of Procurement, you will coordinate and manage the procurement of goods and services that support the company's business operations. You will play a key role in vendor management, procurement process improvement, policy implementation, and ensuring all procurement activities are conducted effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor end to end procurement process: strategic sourcing initiatives to consolidate vendors, negotiate favorable terms and ensure best value for the company
Collaborate with all Business Unit Heads and SMEs to ensure governance and compliance for any procurement process
Managing Third Party and Contract Management: due diligence & screening and annual vendor performance evaluation.
Prepare procurement data, reports, and analyses as required by management.
Improve cost efficiency/cost savings and support sustainability initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.
