Senior Creative Producer
Creative Department | Full-Time | Reporting to Creative Director / Head of Creative
Department: Creative & Production
Supervises: Creative Producer, Production Assistant, Freelance Crew
Scope: Event Organizer (EO) & Live Broadcast Service
Role Summary
The Senior Creative Producer is responsible for leading the planning, concept development, and execution of creative productions across the company’s two business lines: Event Organizer and Broadcasting Organizer. This role ensures that every project—whether offline events or live broadcast/streaming—runs in alignment with the creative vision, quality standards, timeline, and budget agreed upon with clients and internal management.
Key Responsibilities
A. Cross-Business (EO & Broadcasting)
- Lead ideation and creative concept development for event and broadcast projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs and company positioning
- Prepare and present creative decks, run downs, and production proposals to clients and management.
- Oversee the entire production process from pre-production to post-production across divisions (creative, production, technical, talent).
- Supervise Creative Producers and junior creative teams, including task delegation, mentoring, and quality control.
- Manage production budgets, negotiate with vendors/talent (experience in Sports and Esports is a plus), and ensure cost efficiency without compromising creative quality.
- Act as the primary key contact with clients for strategic and creative matters throughout the project cycle.
- Identify production risks early and develop contingency plans (e.g., weather, technical issues, sudden client changes).
- Conduct post-project evaluations (post-mortem) and prepare learning reports for process improvement.
B. Event Organizer Focus
- Design comprehensive event concepts: theme, event flow, set design, talent, and experiential elements aligned with event objectives.
- Coordinate with field operations teams (venue, vendors, security, logistics) to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead technical meetings and run-throughs with all stakeholders prior to the event day.
- Supervise on-site execution quality, including stage management and show-calling for large-scale events.
C. Live Broadcast Service Focus
- Develop concepts and formats for broadcast programs (live event broadcast, live streaming, multi-camera documentation).
- Coordinate with Director, DOP, and broadcast technical teams (switcher, audio, lighting) to ensure broadcast-standard quality.
- Oversee editing and delivery of broadcast/recorded content tailored for platforms (TV, digital, social media).
- Ensure compliance with broadcast technical standards, broadcasting rights, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film, Communication, Design, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event and/or broadcasting industry, with at least 2 years in a creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio in creative concept development for events and/or broadcast productions.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end production workflows for live events and broadcast.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills under time pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and senior-level client communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-site assignments outside the city/holidays as required.
