Community Growth Partner (Remote)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Community Growth Partner to help grow and manage our online community presence across Southeast Asia. This is a remote, flexible role perfect for those who enjoy connecting with people and building engaged communities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow online community channels
- Engage with members and foster meaningful interactions
- Recruit and onboard new community members
- Monitor community health and report on growth metrics
- Collaborate with the team to execute community campaigns
Requirements:
- Experience in community management or social media management
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexible schedule with availability across SE Asia time zones
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities
