Description
- Manage and process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update customer account information as needed.
- Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
- Analyze account balances and actively follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on accounts receivable status to management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
