Reports to: Head of People Development
We are looking for a passionate Learning & Culture Specialist to drive learning and development initiatives, strengthen company culture, enhance employee engagement, and support employer branding programs. This role plays a key part in creating a positive employee experience while supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement learning and development programs based on organizational needs.
Organize employee engagement activities and company events (Town Hall, Company Anniversary and other events related), and design the materials required for the events (video, bumper, audio, etc).
Manage training schedules, records, and learning effectiveness evaluations.
Support the development and implementation of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) programs.
Create engaging internal communications and ensure key messages are delivered effectively across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a positive, high-performing, and values-driven workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Have experience in Learning & organizing Company Events.
Has excellent skills in developing presentation materials and other visual communications (Power Point, Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
