Reports to: Head of People Development
We are looking for a passionate Learning & Culture Specialist to drive learning and development initiatives, strengthen company culture, enhance employee engagement, and support employer branding programs. This role plays a key part in creating a positive employee experience while supporting business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement learning and development programs based on organizational needs.
Manage training schedules, records, and learning effectiveness evaluations.
Organize employee engagement activities, company events, and culture-building initiatives.
Support the development and execution of employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) programs.
Create engaging internal communications and ensure key messages are delivered effectively across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a positive, high-performing, and values-driven workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Have experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, or related areas.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
