About The Company:

  • The working venue is in South Jakarta.

  • Our client is a Japanese Retail Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Store Development Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property research: market area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations

  • Negotiate with property owners: propose terms and conditions, contract negotiations, discuss construction and asset classifications, competitor analysis

  • Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations

  • Support existing stores: ongoing operational support and maintenance coordination

  • Lead store development process: interior design review, construction management, and stakeholder coordination

  • Manage construction projects: oversee timelines, budgets, and quality control

  • Develop site selection strategies: evaluate potential locations based on market potential and demographic data

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in store development in the retail industry or at a real estate company

  • Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher

  • English: Intermediate level or above (TOEIC score 600+ preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (high school graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience may also apply)
