SAP & IT Application Support

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for users experiencing system errors, workflow issues, access problems, and other application-related concerns.

• Manage system administration, including user access, authorization, and ERP module configuration.

• Support data management and migration, including importing and validating large datasets such as sales, inventory, and operational data.

• Develop and execute SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting using Query Manager, Crystal Reports, and Excel.

• Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions in collaboration with IT and business users.

• Support ERP application improvement, testing, and implementation to ensure system reliability and business process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Consulting, ERP Support, Application Support, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business processes, and system integration.

• Strong SQL skills for database management, querying, data validation, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical-thinking mindset.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
