NetSuite Consultant / Senior Consultant

1. Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated NetSuite Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our consulting team in delivering NetSuite implementation, customization, and support engagements for clients across Indonesia and the SEA region. You will work closely with the Team Leader and clients to execute end-to-end project deliverables, from requirements gathering through configuration, go-live, and post-implementation support.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in client workshops, business process mapping, and functional requirement gathering.

• Perform hands-on NetSuite configuration, setup, and system testing across core modules (Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Manufacturing).

• Build and maintain NetSuite workflows (SuiteFlow), custom searches/dashboards (SuiteAnalytics), and assist in basic customization scripts (SuiteScript).

• Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and importing via CSV/tools.

• Assist in integration design and third-party application testing.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, cutover preparation, and go-live hypercare support.

• Prepare clear project documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and test scripts.

• Collaborate with technical developers and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Travel to client sites across Indonesia, SEA (Malaysia), and China for workshops, implementation, and training delivery as needed.

1. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP consulting, implementation, or support.

• Good functional knowledge of core NetSuite ERP modules (Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/Warehouse Management).

• Hands-on experience or working familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript (JavaScript) is a strong plus.

• Exposure to at least 1 full-cycle NetSuite implementation project is highly preferred.

• NetSuite Certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant) is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

• Willing to work Full WFO in Jakarta and travel to client sites domestically and internationally (SEA/China).
