Job Responsibilities:

• Promote suppliers to set up a perfect quality assurance team;

• Establish and improve material inspection specifications, review and improve the achievement of material quality goals, abnormal handling and effect confirmation;

• Confirmation and control of supplier process changes and material changes;

• Responsible for supplier performance evaluation, coaching, audit (QSA/QPA) to improve supplier quality;

• Supplier routine and project audit;

• Sample acknowledgement letter review and signing;

• Supplier MRB meeting review.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Tobacco/Food Technology/Materials Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in the manufacturing industry.

• Familiarity with industries such as Foods and Baverages (FMCG)/Pharmaceutical/Tobacco Manufacturingis preferred.

• Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, etc.

• Strong English reading, writing, and conversational skills
