Our client, a growing company in the manufacturing and packaging industry, is looking for an experienced Mould Foreman to lead and coordinate moulding production operations.
This role is ideal for a manufacturing professional with strong supervisory experience and technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment. The successful candidate will oversee the moulding production team, monitor production performance, coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members.
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment.
- Experience in injection and blow moulding operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
