People & Culture Section Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, preferably with a Master’s degree or Profession Psychologist qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR People & Culture, Organizational Development, or related functions.

• Proven experience in Change Management and organizational transformation.

• Experience in building and developing organizational culture, employee engagement, and company values.

• Experience working in or managing Manufacture family-owned/family business environments is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and leadership development.

• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to be placed in Rengasdengklok, Karawang.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement People & Culture strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead organizational culture development and employee engagement programs.

• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

• Develop and implement programs to strengthen company values, culture, and leadership.

• Conduct organizational development, talent management, and succession planning.

• Analyze organizational needs and develop appropriate people development programs.

• Partner with management and business leaders in addressing people and organizational issues.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of People & Culture initiatives and recommend improvements.

• Support the development of a positive, productive, and high-performance work culture.

• Lead and manage the People & Culture team to achieve departmental objectives.
