About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team at PT Eastern Pearl Flour Mills'. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sorong.
Requirements:
Hold bachelor's degree (S1), from any discipline.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
Preferably has experience as regional sales manager specializing in sales - retail of flour or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skill, and developing customer.
Creative and persistent in elaborating new ideas.
Proactive in finishing given tasks.
Hard worker, teamwork, solution finder and able to work under high pressure.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target of business in each region.
Reporting and monitoring every plan and activity of total sales area of business in weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain relationship with distributor and existing customer.
Handle complaint from customer for the service level.
