We are looking for a proactive and organized Management Staff to daily livestream operations, coordinate with hosts and internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of livestream activities while achieving performance targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily livestream schedules and operations.
- Monitor livestream performance and provide operational support to hosts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure livestream campaigns run smoothly.
- Prepare reports and analyze livestream performance for continuous improvement.
- Assist in planning livestream strategies and operational workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Experience in Leadership Skill
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
