Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Review vendor invoices and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare vendor payment schedules and payment documentation.
Process supplier and vendor payments through Internet Banking.
Record AP transactions and maintain accurate payable records.
Perform reconciliation of AP balances and payment transactions.
Ensure proper tax treatment, including withholding tax requirements.
Support monthly closing and ensure AP transactions are properly recorded and documented.
Finance & Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external parties regarding finance-related matters.
Maintain proper finance documentation in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
Support other finance activities as required by business needs.
Future Development: May be assigned to support Accounts Receivable activities through periodic job rotation based on business needs and development objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience in Interior Design & Build, Construction, Contracting, or multinational companies is preferred.
Strong understanding of AP processes, reconciliation, and Indonesian taxation, including VAT and withholding tax.
Familiar with accounting software/ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Adaptable and willing to take on broader finance responsibilities when required.
Must be willing to attend an offline written test at our office in Sunter, North Jakarta.
