Finance & Accounting Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Officer, preferably in coal mining or mining contractor industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation (PPN, PPh 21, PPh Unification), and tax reconciliation.
• Proficient in using Accurate Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in handling operational cost reporting, fuel inventory reconciliation, and cash advance management in mining operations will be highly preferred.
• Experienced in preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.

Job Descriptions:

• Record and post daily financial transactions into the accounting system (Accurate) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor diesel fuel inventory by reconciling stock opname reports, bunker reports, and other supporting documents.
• Prepare monthly amortization reports.
• Prepare monthly Pre-Operational (Pre Ops) reports.
• Perform reclassification of VAT Input (PPN Masukan) and VAT Output (PPN Keluaran).
• Assist in preparing financial forecasts and projections as required.
• Prepare settlement journal entries for Cash Advances.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding Cash Advance settlements.
• Prepare monthly tax reporting data, including PPh Unification and PPh 21 reports.
• Prepare monthly VAT (PPN) reports and supporting tax documentation.
• Submit monthly PPN and PPh tax recap to the Tax Consultant.
• Prepare and issue VAT Output Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak Keluaran).
• Perform monthly and annual tax reconciliations to ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and SPT reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax regulations.8
