Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Support the management of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
2. Upload and update products, descriptions, prices, images, stock, and promotions.
3. Monitor orders and coordinate with the relevant team members to ensure smooth fulfilment.
4. Assist with customer enquiries and after-sales communication.
5. Monitor product performance, sales, reviews, and customer feedback.
6. Support promotional campaigns, product launches, vouchers, and marketplace activities.
7. Help maintain accurate product and inventory information across all platforms.
8. Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, content, influencers, and product reviews.
9. Research e-commerce trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Indonesian market.
10. Prepare simple reports on sales, orders, promotions, and platform performance.
11. Proactively identify problems and suggest practical improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Indonesian citizen
2. Previous experience working in e-commerce in Indonesia.
3. Practical knowledge of platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Shopify, or similar.
4. Good understanding of the Indonesian online shopping environment.
5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
6. Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
7. Proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
8. Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
9. Able to work independently in a remote environment.
10. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
11. Basic working English is required.
12. Must currently live in Bali.
13. Experience working with wellness, beauty, health, lifestyle, or consumer products.
14. Experience managing marketplace promotions, vouchers, campaigns, or product launches.
15. Familiarity with inventory management, customer service, and order fulfilment.
16. Basic knowledge of Canva, spreadsheets, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus.
