Enrollment Advisor

HEI Schools Indonesia is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to help prospective families discover the right educational journey for their children. If you enjoy communication, marketing, and achieving goals in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Description: 

• Promote the school's programs and services through various marketing, outreach, and engagement activities.
• Generate, manage, and convert prospective family inquiries into student enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families throughout the admissions journey.
• Provide accurate information and guidance on the school's programs, curriculum, facilities, and enrollment process.
• Coordinate school visits, trial classes, and other admissions-related activities to ensure a positive experience for prospective families.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollment activities, and admissions data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless admissions experience and support enrollment initiatives.
• Achieve assigned enrollment targets and contribute to the school's student recruitment and growth objectives.

Qualifications

1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
3. Experienced in using WhatsApp Business for customer communication.
4. Able to communicate actively in English via chat/WhatsApp.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Spreadsheet.
6. Possess good, persuasive, and friendly communication skills.
7. Target-driven and familiar with working under KPI metrics.
8. Available to join ASAP.
