Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive candidate to handle overseas network enquiries, manage customer bookings across Indonesia, Singapore, and overseas, and ensure smooth shipment handling from booking to POD with timely, accurate service.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation Management.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Strong in mathematics, computer literacy, detail?oriented, and organized.
Fast learner, motivated, problem?solver, and team player.
Responsibilities
Handle overseas network enquiries.
Respond promptly to customer calls and emails.
Source vendors, compare rates, and provide quotations.
Follow up on confirmations or rejections.
Process orders according to SOP, update customers and supervisor daily.
Manage pricing, booking, data entry, and pass files to Accounts for billing.
Escalate issues quickly, ensure timely completion.
Additional Information
Working days: Monday – Saturday
Saturday: Half?day schedule
Overtime: Required when necessary to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations
