About the role

Ulu Salila Villa is seeking an experienced Supervisor Villa to join our dynamic housekeeping and villa operations team. This is a contract position based in Badung, Bali, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our villas, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. As Supervisor Villa, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality experience that our guests expect, whilst managing and leading our villa operations team to deliver outstanding hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping and villa maintenance activities to ensure villas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Manage daily schedules, task allocation, and performance monitoring of housekeeping and maintenance staff

• Conduct regular inspections of all villas and common areas to ensure compliance with company standards and guest expectations

• Train, mentor, and develop villa operations staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures, guest service protocols, and safety standards

• Address maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep

• Respond to guest requests and complaints regarding villa condition and cleanliness, ensuring swift resolution

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials, optimising stock levels and costs

• Liaise with front office and guest services teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, staff performance, and villa inspections

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within all villa operations

• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies within villa management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or villa/property management within the hospitality industry

• Proven track record of managing and leading housekeeping teams effectively

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and villa maintenance protocols

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff

• Problem-solving abilities and capability to handle guest complaints with diplomacy and efficiency

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental best practices in hospitality operations

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required

• Fluency in English and Indonesian is essential; additional languages are advantageous

• Familiarity with property management systems and housekeeping software is preferred
